True to the maxim of UGA to orientate technical innovations on our customers wishes, we present the systems RRD (Ring-Seal) and RDZ (Ring-Seal with onion ring technology).
These systems are gas- and watertight and suitable to seal all standard sized medium pipes from 34 up to 160 mm outside diameter. These systems can be installed inside a core drilling hole or a encased pipe.

RRD-WR Ring-Seal for corrugated pipe

The system RRD-WR Ring-Seal for corrugated pipes allows a quick and safe connection of corrugated pipes or district heating pipes. The supporting ring protects the corrugated pipe against deformations and damages. The sealing insert is suitable for subsequent installation and delivered in divided version.
- Sealing in core drilled holes or encased pipes with inner diameter 100 and 200 mm.
- For corrugated pipes with outer diameter 110, 125 and 160 mm.
- Gas- and watertight up to 2 bar pressure
- With integrated supporting ring to protect the corrugated pipe
